This very charming studio with mezzanine is located only 3 minutes’ walk from the Palais, which is a decided advantage, but it get lively and a bit noisy in the evenings. It is on the 1st floor of a building with lift and offers a glimpse of the bay from a small balcony.The living room has a sofa bed.On the mezzanine there is a double bed, but it must be said there is restricted headroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a toilet.The open kitchen is equipped and there is a small balcony. In a nutshell, this is a bright modern studio with an extra bed on the mezzanine.
