- A deposit cheque is not cashed ( the amount varies depending on the accommodation ) and a piece of identity you will be requested at the time of the giving of the keys.
The payment must be made in the currency indicated below by the rental manager (the€uro). Any payment in a different currency from the one indicated may not be accepted.
The application fee, the deposit and the tourist tax are not options but obligations.
The are had are set prior to access by the(s) tenant(s) (x) housing(s). Any breach of the regulations are awaited will result in a suspension of access to the(s) slot(s).
Take into account that our rentals are without bed linen, because you can bring your own machine or contact us so that we ordered.
The rentals that are offered are not necessarily part of a complex of a vacancy. The goods are often located in private residences, secure, and feature an internal regulation. Please do not subtract in a manner that does not compromise the tranquillity of the place and respect the residents annual.

- Tax of stay: 0.75€ / adult person / day
- A deposit is required for the rent and can be done by check or "print-credit card". The amount is not taken, it stays in standby until you leave and goes back to you once the apartment is checked.
Any payment has to be done in "Euro" (€). Any other foreign money can not be accepted.
The money had to be resolved before access by taking into to housing. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access to the dwelling.
Please also notice that the major part of our apartment are rented without linnen (bed sheets, towels, bath towels, tea towels,...). You have the possibility to bring your own (we give you bed sizes) or you can rent some. Please call for more information, we work with a society which rent "pack" of linnen, prices depends of how long you stay.
The apartments that we propose to you are located in privates residences not in "holidays residences". Those residences are submit to some regulations, like the respect of people living here all the year. Please respect the rules of living well.
