Villa 4 bedroom Théoule-sur-mer

EXCEPTIONNAL VILLA of 250 sqm with a large garden of 1850 sqm located in the beginning of the hills of Théoule sur Mer, offering panoramic sea view. The Villa is composed of an entry with a parking in front which can welcome 2 cars ( a big one and a smaller). On the lower floor, a wonderful staircase leads to 4 bedrooms : 1 master bedroom with large double bed, bathroom and toilet . The 3 others bedrooms have each a bathroom (with shower) and a double bed. One has a even a sofa bed in plus. 1 independant toilet. On the groundfloor, the staircase leads to the main room of the villa : the living / dining room and the open and fully fitted kitchen. Every rooms lead offer sea view. The groundfloor is all open onto the pool and the large terrasse with a big table to eat. The swimmingpool is surrounded by longchair to take a nap with the sun. The garden is very nice and has some secret charm with his 2 little bridge in wood and all the plants. There's also a little plot to play "french- bowling" the favorite sport of the french riviera's locals people.

- Services charges : 60€
- Cleaning after departure: depending of the type of the apartment.
- Tax of stay: 0.75€ / adult person / day
- A deposit is required for the rent and can be done by check or "print-credit card". The amount is not taken, it stays in standby until you leave and goes back to you once the apartment is checked.
Any paiement has to be done in "Euro" (€). Any other foreign money can not be accepted.
The money had to be resolved before access by tenant to housing. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access to the dwelling.
Please also notice that the major part of our apartment are rented without linnen (bed sheets, towels, bath towels, tea towels,...). You have the possibility to bring your own (we give you bed sizes) or you can rent some. Please call for more information, we work with a society which rent "pack" of linnen, prices depends of how long you stay.
The apartments that we propose to you are located in privates residences not in "holidays residences". Those residences are submit to some regulations like the respect of people living here all the year. Please respect the rules of living-well.
