La “Californie” is one of the most fashionable areas of Cannes: located on the hills above the city, with a beautiful view of the coast, it’s close to the center but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowd. It’s up there that you’ll find this prestigious residential complex, renowned for its splendid 3-hectare landscaped park, which dates back to the end of the 19th century, with its harmonious mix of Provencal, Japanese, Florentine and even Moorish gardens that take you on a journey across five continents. The famous “Promenade de la Croisette” and the beaches are only a 5-minute drive away.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) of the building. From its balcony, you’ll be able to enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the coast and the Iles de Lerins. The balcony, shaded from the sun by an awning, is large enough to accommodate tables and chairs.
The living area, with its luminous and refined decor, is a perfect example of French-style classical elegance. The living area has a view of the sea, while the bedrooms overlook the gardens on the other side and give on to a wide bordering balcony.
You’re free to take full advantage of the complex’s two swimming pools (one designed especially for children) and its tennis court. You’ll also have a parking place reserved for you.

Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental (for stays over a week), along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
With a great location and protected green spaces, the California neighbourhood is Cannes' most popular residential zone, with elegant villas rising towards the centre and wooded parks. There are many VIPs who have made this home. Criss-crossed by small streets, California has Cannes’ town centre downhill to the south, the small town of Vallauris to the north, and another small town, Golfe-Juan, to the east. The famous promenade La Croisette and its beaches are 5/10 minutes from the apartment. There are shuttle busses to the centre four times a day. Cannes is of course the home of cinema, but it is also an endearing, reasonably-sized town, to explore and enjoy all year round. Don’t miss dinner in the Suquet old town, strolling under the plane trees, checking out the Croisette, going to the morning markets in Forville, or shopping on Rue d’Antibes.
