Then, the equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area across a breakfast bar.
An independent studio is available on this floor. You can access it through the kitchen area or through its independent entrance. It is a beautiful modern duplex with a double bed on the mezzanine, a sofa bed below, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The flat opens onto the large pleasant North terrace with a city view.
On the lower level are the four en-suite bedrooms, all decorated with elegance and offering a cosy atmosphere.
The master bedroom has two single beds that can combine into a double. Its bathroom has a tub and toilets.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide). This room is way smaller but it benefits from a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and toilets.
The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds that we can combine into a double if you wish.
The last bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide) and a bathroom with tub and toilets.
On this level, you will also find the laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a large refrigerator and a large freezer.
This is a magnificent villa boasting superb volumes throughout, a breathtaking garden, high quality fixtures and fittings and an elegant understated decor.
In order to validate your booking for this property, we will need a certificate from your insurance including the cover for civil liability for furnished apartments letting. A security deposit in case of damage will also be required by bank transfer. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay after checking the inventory (eventual extra and/or damages will be deducted).
