Magnificent ultra modern Villa of approximately 127 M² well hidden in the center of Mandelieu with swimming pool close to everything! The villa consists of an entrance on the floor (the ground floor is a studio not included in the rental). The entrance leads into a spacious living / dining room, an equipped American kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, a sofa, TV, home cinema. At the same level a bedroom with double bed, storage, shower and WC. A second bedroom with Queen size bed and electric mattresses, adjoining bathroom with spa bath, shower. Another independent toilet. Upstairs a mezzanine with desk, small terrace, a third bedroom with double bed, shower, WC. Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning and TV. The downstairs bedrooms open onto the same terrace. The living / dining room opens onto the main terrace with table and chairs for 6 people. Possibility of parking 1 to 2 cars. The area is quiet, there is a supermarket nearby and a very large one 5 minutes away by car.

- Cleaning after departure: depending of the type of the apartment.
- Tax of stay: calculated on the spot upon arrival
- A deposit is required for the rent and can be done by check or "print-credit card". The amount is not taken, it stays in standby until you leave and goes back to you once the apartment is checked.
Any paiement has to be done in "Euro" (€). Any other foreign money can not be accepted.
The money had to be resolved before access by tenant to housing. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access to the dwelling.
Please also notice that the major part of our apartment are rented without linnen (bed sheets, towels, bath towels, tea towels,...). You have the possibility to bring your own (we give you bed sizes) or you can rent some. Please call for more information, we work with a society which rent "pack" of linnen, prices depends of how long you stay.
