For added convenience, the property provides towels and bed linen at no extra cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly dedicated to the family setting. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any parties. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.

To ensure a smooth check-in, all check-ins are by appointment between 3 pm and 8 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11 pm for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11 pm. It must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

As for checkouts, they are also conducted by appointment between 8 am and 10 am. Early departures are possible from 6 am for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departure can take place before 6 am.

Arrivals will be exceptionally accepted only between 1 pm and 4 pm on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be made on December 25th and January 1st.

As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. If this pre-authorization is not done 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a fault on your part of the above-mentioned conditions. Therefore, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be possible in this case.
