The apartment is extremely well designed and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere so you’ll feel immediately at home. Each of the two comfortably furnished bedrooms has its own ensuite shower room with shower. A must to preserve the privacy of each guest! A large open space serves as a spacious living room, complete with a lounge area and sofas, a dining table, and an open-plan kitchen. The apartment is impeccably maintained and has all modern conveniences, as well as the very latest in furnishings and decor. As a bonus, there’s a 6 sq.m, terrace where you can dine outdoors and take advantage all the kick and excitement of downtown Cannes. Layout:

Most of the cool spots in Cannes are also easy to access: great restaurants, bars, and the thrills of its high-stepping nightlife. Everything at your fingertips! La Croisette and the waterfront are 200m away, in other words, just a few steps away. It’s but a short 10min walk to Palais des Festivals and, a bit further on, you’ll get to the quays of the Old Port and the charming small streets of the Suquet quarter.
