On the 3rd floor of a secure high-end seaside residence, a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches (with direct access). The residence has a caretaker and secure entry with access badge. You can enjoy a large and beautiful infinity pool with a small children's pool and wading pool for the little ones. You will also have a parking space for one car in the private and secure underground car park of the residence, with direct access to the apartment floor by two elevators. This beautiful, bright type 2 accommodation is fully equipped for a comfortable vacation. It is 100 meters from the sandy beaches (with direct access) and has a 9 m² terrace. The living room with its open kitchen is equipped with a double sofa bed and a television. The kitchen is equipped with 3 induction hobs and an extractor hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a mini oven. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160), large wall closets with a wardrobe, and also overlooks the terrace through a bay window. The residence is located in a large pedestrian area with many shops: Super U supermarket, breweries, bars, restaurants, newsagents, and a medical center. The pedestrian alleys around are guarded at night. The pedestrian alleys lead to the Exflora Park (exotic garden, palm grove, among others, offering une conciergerie and calm).
Direct access to the beaches by a pedestrian path along the park, without having to cross a road. Juan Les Pins city center is 1.4 km away. Cannes Croisette is 6 km away. Nice is 25 minutes away. Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. Private and secure parking will be available during your stay.
Additional information: Bus stop just in front of the residence: lines to Antibes, Nice (Nice airport), or Cannes. The location is ideal for exploring the region.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
