The kitchen is equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, as well as basic kitchen utensils for your meals.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. You will find an ironing board and a washing machine on-site if needed.

You can enjoy the outdoors on a 13m2 balcony equipped with a table for your summer meals.

A private parking space in the residence's garage will provide you with more comfort for parking your vehicle and getting around if you wish, thanks to the city buses passing nearby.

For your leisure activities, the residence has a swimming pool, a paddling pool for the little ones, as well as tennis courts.

Bus line 31 passes in front of the residence (Tradelière stop) and allows you to reach the various beaches of Juan les Pins. You will be a 4-minute drive from Juan les Pins train station, a 20-minute drive from Nice airport, and 20 minutes from the famous Cannes Palais des Festivals depending on traffic.

The city of Antibes is located between Cannes and Nice, a good starting point for your visits. The old town is rich in history with its square fort, its castle housing the Picasso Museum, its port, and its museums. Also, do not miss the Provencal market and the numerous restaurants to taste specialties from the south.

For added convenience, the property provides towels and bed linen at no extra cost. Booking this accommodation is strictly for family purposes. By making this reservation, you agree not to host any parties. It is important to note that booking this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under 23 years of age. To ensure the best welcome, all check-ins are by appointment between 3 pm and 8 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11 pm for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11 pm. It must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

As for our departures, they are also made by appointment between 8 am and 10 am. Early departures are possible from 6 am for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No departures can take place before 6 am. Arrivals will exceptionally take place only between 1 pm and 4 pm on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be made on December 25th and January 1st.

As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a preauthorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. If this preauthorization is not made 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a fault on your part of the aforementioned conditions. Therefore, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this case.
