Welcome to this charming 40m2 one-bedroom apartment located on the 4th floor with an elevator in Juan les Pins. This apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added comfort. The living room is furnished with a quality sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people. The dining area has been set up in a bright space near the balcony. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. You will find all necessary kitchenware such as pots, pans, and a saucepan for preparing your meals. You can enjoy outdoor space on the 6m2 balcony overlooking the beautiful Pauline Square. An ironing set is available in case you need it.

Local shops for your grocery needs are just a few minutes' walk away. You can also enjoy nearby restaurants and bars.

A bus stop is located at the foot of the building, with line 620 taking you to the center of Antibes, allowing you to explore its old town, ramparts, castle, and more.

You will be a 6-minute walk from the beach of Juan les Pins. The nearest train station is Juan les Pins, a 10-minute walk away. The airport is a 26-minute drive or 40 minutes by bus.

For your convenience, towels and bed linen are provided at no extra charge. Please note that this accommodation is strictly for family use. By making this reservation, you agree not to organize any parties. It is important to note that reservations for this accommodation are not allowed for individuals under the age of 23.

To ensure the best welcome, all check-ins are by appointment between 3pm and 8pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11pm for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No check-in is possible after 11pm. It must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. As for check-outs, they are also done by appointment between 8am and 10am. Early departures are possible from 6am for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No check-out is possible before 6am.

Arrivals will exceptionally be accepted only between 1pm and 4pm on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be made on December 25th and January 1st.

As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be cancelled seven days after your departure. If this pre-authorization is not made 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a fault on your part regarding the above-mentioned conditions. Therefore, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be possible in this case.
