The neighborhood is very quiet and residential. It is located opposite the Lérins Islands, 1.5 km from the beaches and less than 10 minutes by car from two supermarkets and a large shopping complex.
Located on the 9th floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160cm: 2 beds of 80cm joined together, but can be separated easily) a large closet;
- a bathroom with walk-in shower;
-Separate WC
- a fully equipped kitchen;
-Living room with a lounge area (comfortable sofa bed, 140)
-Large terrace of 17 m², its breathtaking and exceptional view of the sea with superb sunsets.
-All rooms (except the bathroom) face the sea with direct access to the terrace.
