Spacious apartment on the beautiful Place Amiral Barnaud that can accommodate up to 5 travelers for business or family stays! Ideally located in the old town of Antibes, you will be in the heart of its historic district close to all amenities.

This lovely duplex in the center of Antibes was renovated in winter 2024, located in the pedestrian zone of the old town. This 50 m² duplex with its two bedrooms is ideal for your family vacation.
It is composed as follows:
- Small kitchen area open to the living room with refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, hotplates, oven, dishes, microwave
- dining area with a table for 4 people
On the floor of the apartment you have:
- a bedroom with wardrobe, double bed
- a bathroom with shower
- another bedroom with wardrobes, double bed and a beautiful view of Antibes!
- Separate WC
This apartment has Wi-Fi.
The apartment does not have air conditioning.
Guests have access to the entire apartment (except for a closed closet for personal belongings in the bedroom).
I work in Antibes and am available by phone (text messages, calls). I am happy to come by in case of any problems to ensure the quality of your stay.

Check-in is between 3 PM and 8 PM. If check-in is after 8 PM, please contact me to arrange a self-check-in time.

Numerous markets throughout the week, including the famous Provençal market. A holiday atmosphere guaranteed! You'll be charmed by this popular holiday area!
You are only a 10-minute walk from "La Gravette" beach.
Antibes train and bus station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
By car, the journey from Nice airport is approximately 20/30 minutes depending on traffic.
If you don't have a car, you can either take a taxi from the airport or a bus (number 250) which will drop you off at Place du Général de Gaulle in Antibes (a 5-minute walk from the accommodation).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price. However, dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of.
A sheet kit will be provided upon arrival per bed (according to the number of travelers registered on the reservation) + 1 medium-sized shower towel per person upon arrival + 1 small soap per person upon arrival.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building without an elevator.
There is no washing machine in the apartment but you have a laundromat just a 1-minute walk away.
