This beautiful apartment is located in a secure and well-maintained building in the center of Antibes. It is fully equipped and features a balcony. It will be an ideal apartment for your family stays as well as for your business trips.

This one-bedroom apartment is located in a building with an elevator and is located on the 4th floor. It is composed as follows:
- Entrance with storage
- Independent kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, washing machine, kitchen utensils
- Living room with a dining table for 4 people, a convertible sofa (140x200cm) and a TV
- The balcony has a table for two outside and is accessible from the living room and kitchen
- Bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), fan, storage
- Bathroom with a bathtub, a sink
- Separate toilets
The apartment is not air conditioned.
There is WIFI.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Guests will be in contact with the agency throughout their stay to ensure the quality of their vacation. The agency will contact you a few days before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. If you wish to arrive outside the authorized check-in time, please contact the agency to find out if early/late check-in is possible.
The apartment is located in a perfect spot in Antibes as it is only a few steps from the famous Place de Gaulle where there is a supermarket, restaurants, bakery, shops and bars within a 5-minute walk.
The train station is about a 10-minute walk from the building and there are many buses in front of the residence.
Housekeeping is included in the reservation. However, dishes must be washed upon departure and trash must be disposed of.
A linen kit per bed is provided upon arrival based on the number of people indicated on the reservation. The same goes for towels; there will be one large towel and one small towel per person upon arrival.
If you would like cleaning during your stay or clean linen, please contact the agency to obtain a quote for these additional services.
Parties / Pets / Smoking are prohibited.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
