This modern, renovated and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of the city center, close to all amenities. This 2-room apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and two pull-out bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and an open-plan kitchen.

This 45 m2 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a recent residence with PMR access in the city center of Antibes close to all amenities. It is located at the entrance to Old Antibes, a 5-minute walk from the Ponteil and Gravette beaches, a 5-minute walk from the main cultural sites in Antibes (Picasso Museum, Archaeology Museum, Peynet Museum, 2 cinemas, media library, etc.), a 1-minute walk from the bus station and a 10-minute walk from the train station.
It is composed as follows:
- Bedroom with a double bed and 2 foldaway bunk beds, a large storage cupboard and reversible air conditioning
Please note: The 2 foldaway bunk beds are designed to accommodate children or
adults. Accommodation of 6 adults is therefore possible but in comfortable conditions
reduced due to the small size of the place.
A travel cot with its mattress available (bring sheets for this bed).
- Bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, washing machine (no dryer but a large clothes horse)
- Separate toilets
- Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a dining area with a dining table. A high chair is available on site.
- Kitchen open to the living room with oven, hob, coffee machine (filter and Senseo), microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils
- Terrace with dining table accessible from the living room, equipped with a new electric awning.
The apartment has WIFI and associated TV channels.
The apartment has high-end reversible air conditioning in both rooms.
Parking: The apartment has a very large private parking space in the basement of the building. The parking is accessible via a car elevator. Cars can be up to 5m long and 1m90 high.
Guests have access to the entire accommodation.
I live in Cannes and work in Antibes, so I'm often in the area to help you if needed. Our agency is also just a short walk from this property.
Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you wish to arrive outside of these hours, please contact us to check availability (additional charges may apply).
However, self-check-in is possible on request with a key to be collected from a secure key box.

You are only a 10-minute walk from the beaches: La Gravette, La Salis.
The Antibes SNCF train and bus station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
By car, the journey from Nice airport is approximately 20/30 minutes depending on traffic.
If you don't have a car you can either take a taxi from the airport or a bus (No. 250) which will drop you off at "Place du Général de Gaulle" in Antibes (5 minutes walk from the accommodation).
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
