This apartment is located in the heart of Antibes, on Rue Lemeray, close to all amenities! With a surface area of 52 m², it includes a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a balcony. This dual-aspect apartment also features a balcony off the kitchen for enjoying a quiet meal. A private parking space is included.

Apartment 52 m² apartment located in a residential building with elevator. It is composed as follows:
- Bedroom (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, 2 hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils) + a balcony accessible from the kitchen with a table for 2 people
- Bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet)
- Living room with a large comfortable sofa, a table for 4 people + a balcony with an outdoor table
This apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and internet.
A parking space is also available in a secure building (Gazan Street). It is located in a different location from the apartment.
The apartment is fully accessible to guests, with the exception of a closet reserved for their personal use.
Guests will be in contact with our agency located down the street (a 3-minute walk). They can contact us prior to their arrival to confirm their arrival and/or departure time at least the day before.
Throughout their stay, they will be able to contact our agency for assistance.
The apartment is located right in the city center of Antibes, allowing you to walk to old Antibes, the beaches, restaurants and bars.
This area is very convenient thanks to its proximity to the beach and the old town.
The apartment does not have parking space or air conditioning in the bedrooms.
One set of sheets per bed is provided upon arrival, as well as one large towel and one small towel per person upon arrival.
If you would like cleaning during your stay, this is possible, but please contact the agency to obtain a quote for this additional service (same for additional sheets and towels).
