Located in a family residence with elevator, this pleasant 2-room apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay, whether for vacation or a business trip.
Upon entering, you'll discover a bright living room equipped with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), ideal for accommodating two additional guests. The living room also features air conditioning, a dining table for four, and a practical office space for teleworking.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a small table for 2 people, perfect for breakfasts or quick meals.
On the night side, the apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a large storage closet and air conditioning for optimal sleep.
The space is completed by:

Separate toilet located in the corridor
Internet connection included
A private parking space for a city car
This apartment is ideally designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, in a quiet and practical environment.
Tenants have access to the entire accommodation.
Throughout your stay, our agency remains at your disposal to answer your questions and assist you if necessary. We simply ask that you inform us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, so that a member of our team can arrange to welcome you in the best possible conditions.
Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm. If you wish to arrive outside of these hours, this can be accommodated depending on our team's availability and cleaning schedule. Self check-in via key box may also be offered for added flexibility.
You can communicate with our team via messaging, and we will do everything possible to ensure your stay goes as well as possible.
Departures must be made no later than 10 a.m. If you wish to leave earlier or later, please contact us in advance to agree on the key handover and inventory arrangements.
🧹 Cleaning is provided by a professional company, but we ask our guests to:
do the dishes
take out the trash
return the apartment in a proper condition
⚠️ Please also refrain from using household linen inappropriately (e.g., to clean sandy shoes). Any heavily stained linen may be charged extra.
The apartment is ideally located in Antibes, in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, perfect for fully enjoying the French Riviera. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from Ponteil Beach, a beach popular for its tranquility and breathtaking views of the Antibes ramparts.

ℹ️ Useful things to know
To ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible, here is some practical information to know before your arrival:
🛏 Household linen
A sheet set is provided for the main bed upon your arrival.
A sheet set for the sofa bed is also provided only if there are more than two of you.
If you are two people and wish to use the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so that we can provide a second kit (on request, at no extra charge).
One shower towel per person is provided.
Beach towels are not provided, so remember to bring your own.
⚠️ Please respect the use of household linen: it is exclusively intended for hygiene use (shower). Any linen found excessively stained (makeup, shoe polish, sand, cooking oil, etc.) may be charged extra.
Additional kits (sheets or towels) can be provided as an option before arrival, upon request, at an additional cost.
⏰ Arrival & departure
Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Departures must be made no later than 10 a.m.
Please contact us a few days before your stay to confirm the key collection time. A keybox arrival may be available depending on availability.
👶 Baby bed
A travel cot (without an extra mattress or sheets) can be provided for an additional €20 for the entire stay, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you require one, so we can confirm its availability.
🧹 Departure rules
Cleaning is provided by a professional company, but travelers are asked to:
Do the dishes
Take out the trash
Do not leave glass bottles in the bins (put them in the city's glass containers, as an ecological approach)
🧘‍♀️ Respect for housing and neighborhood
Please respect the internal regulations, in particular:
No party or evening
Silence between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
No smoking or vaping in the accommodation
Pets not allowed, for hygiene and energy reasons

🛍 For the remainder of your stay, you will need to bring your own groceries (toilet paper, condiments, groceries, etc.). Coffee is not provided.
