Located 100 meters from the Croisette, the beaches and the Palais des Festivals, the location of this property is ideally located in the heart of downtown Cannes!

Studio of 28m² for 2 adults:

- Living area: Composed of a dining area, a real bed of 120x190 and a flat screen TV and 4G box.
In summer: A powerful portable air conditioning is available, the apartment being through, it cools down very quickly.

- Equipped kitchen: Microwave, 2-burner hob, coffee machine, small fridge, washing machine
- Bathroom: Composed of a shower, a cabinet with basin and toilet
- Exterior: Bay window overlooking a beautiful green area with a clear view

- Household of the Dwelling:
The apartment as bedding and linens are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
We provide you with a pair of sheets and a large towel per person. Any supplement or degradation will average a fee. Please contact us in advance.

In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, thank you to make sure to remove as much sand from your belongings and your clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please make sure not to put sand in the shower!
