Discover this cosy apartment of about 40m² that can accommodate 4 people:

• LIVING AREA: Living area with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200), dining area and flat screen TV. Room equipped with air conditioning.
• OPEN KITCHEN: Full equipment (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer...) and full set for breakfast (kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine...)
• ROOM: Queen Size Double Bed (160x200), bed can be separated into two 80x200 single beds (upon request)
• SHOWER ROOM: 1 walk-in shower, WC, vanity with sink

• Additional information:
Located on the ground floor (need to go downstairs, without elevator)

• MAINTENANCE:
The apartment as bedding and linen are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).
