The Victoria Cannes Croisette residence is located just 1 minute's walk from the Croisette and 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals, and 3 minutes' walk from the train station. This studio, renovated in October 2020, has a flat-screen TV and a small, equipped terrace.
Located on the 4th floor of the building, the studio includes a private bathroom with a washing machine and ironing facilities. It offers a view of the rue d'Antibes.
You can prepare meals in the kitchenette, which is equipped with a hob with extractor hood, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso-type coffee machine.
You will also have a refrigerator and dishes. You can have your meals in the main room or on the terrace, which offers a view of the rue d'Antibes.
On the Croisette or the rue d'Antibes, you will find many shops and restaurants.
The must-visit place in Cannes is the Boulevard de la Croisette, which connects the beach to the city. This three-kilometer-long promenade runs along the prettiest beaches on one side, and on the other, luxury department stores and palaces. For a more authentic visit, head to the Suquet, the old town of Cannes. It's a neighborhood with narrow streets that offers an impressive panorama of the entire bay.
Off the coast of Cannes are the Lérins Islands, consisting of Sainte-Marguerite Island and Saint-Honorat Island. The is the larger of the two and is rich in history, offering numerous hiking opportunities. The second is inhabited by monks who cultivate their vineyard. To the west of Cannes is the Esterel Massif, characterized by its red volcanic rock. It's a paradise for hikers with breathtaking views.
For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
