Welcome to this charming 26-square-meter T1 apartment in the heart of Cannes la Bocca. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a residence with a view of the pool. It features a separate sleeping area, a living room with a convertible sofa, and a high table for meals. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. A separate sleeping area has been arranged with a 140 cm bed and curtains for added privacy. A 9-square-meter balcony overlooking the pool completes this property, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors.
The residence is a stone's throw from the sea, accessible through a secure underground passage that crosses the railway. The Midi Beach is 200 meters away. There are free limited-duration parking spaces in front of the residence. You will also find the Verrerie parking, which is covered and free, located a 5-minute walk from the residence. The apartment is 8 minutes from Cannes Airport and 30 minutes from Nice Airport by car.
For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
