Located on the third floor of a high class apartment block in a quiet residential area close to the centre, this new, fully equipped apartment boasts a terrace spanning 40m2. Accessible via the lounge as well as via the three bedrooms, this terrace contains garden furniture so you can take full advantage of the southern sun.
Tastefully furnished and brightly lit, the large living room spanning 35m² contains an open kitchen area equipped with top of the range installations.
A long linking corridor is split into two halves. On the right hand side, you’ll find three cosy bedrooms with double beds, TVs and access to the terrace. On the left, two bathrooms mean that you’ve got the choice between a shower and a bath.
There is air conditioning in every room.

We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen.
The district of Isola Bella is one of the most prestigious in Cannes, with its tranquil air, its wide streets and its proximity to local shops and boutiques; this marks an exception location tucked away from the summery bustle of Cannes.
That said; you’re barely 10 minutes’ walk away from the famous Croisette and the glorious beaches. The famous rue d’Antibes, with its luxury boutiques, is just five minutes away. When night falls, take a leisurely stroll along the narrow streets of Suquet in the old part of Cannes. From here you can admire the view of the city, the port and take advantage of the countless restaurant terraces.
You can park easily in the building’s car park.
