This wonderful 3 bedrooms apartment is ideally located on the Croisette. It is fully equipped and has been fully renovated. It can welcome up to 7 guests in 4 different beds. You will enjoy a nice situation close to the sea, 8 minutes walk from the Carlton hotel and 15 minutes walk from Palais des Festivals (5 minutes drive). This apartment is comfortable and bright. You will love it.

The bad weather can get up very quickly in our region, so please make sure to close the blinds and sun shades when you leave the apartment, when you are there if it is windy, and in the evening before you go to bed.
