The accommodation is located in the heart of Cannes, Place Gambetta, 150 m from the SNCF train station, 200 m from the Croisette and around 500 m from the Palais du Festival.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small building with no neighbors and overlooks the small, welcoming Provençal market on Place Gambetta and the surrounding merchants.
Ideally located in the heart of "la banane", the apartment is close to all amenities: - Shops (Monoprix open 7/7 until midnight, Gambetta market every day except Monday, rue d'Antibes in the immediate vicinity...

The apartment is composed of a large main room equipped with a double sofa bed with high-end Bultex 160x200 bedding, a large LCD TV with all international channels and an equipped American kitchen open to the living room.
The open kitchen is fully equipped to ensure your comfort during your stay: Coffee maker, built-in refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, kettle, hob, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, and crockery for 6 people.
The dining area consists of a round table with 6 chairs.

Two cozy bedrooms, each with two 90cm single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, and storage (under-bed storage and shelves). They are located at the back of the apartment and are therefore completely quiet.
