Located on the top floor of a small building (two floors), this bright and very clean apartment offers you a peaceful setting without vis-à-vis, with only one neighbor on the right, being a corner apartment. **The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned** for your comfort.
- The terrace with sea view is protected by a tiled roof to avoid excessive heat, an asset also for the bedroom balcony.
- The sea view is splendid.
- The swimming pool is the largest in Cannes, open from April 15 to November 5. Appropriate swimwear is required.
- From 01/04 to 30/06 and from 26/08 to 05/11, deckchairs are available free of charge.
- From 01/07 to 25/08, deckchairs are chargeable, €4 for half a day (subject to availability).
The apartment consists of:
- A bedroom with a double bed (French window equipped with a mosquito net and an electric shutter).
- A bathroom.
- An air-conditioned living room with a quality Center leather sofa bed to relax on after an intense day at the sea or pool.
- A large bay window, two balconies and a garden which will be very popular in summer.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay:
- Large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine for small items, oven, microwave, two coffee makers including an espresso machine, electric grill, sandwich maker, toaster, ironing equipment, two hair dryers, vacuum cleaner, two large cupboards, six pillows; two large quality duvets and a mattress topper.
You'll be well served by public transportation for exploring the city! The area is popular with locals and tourists alike. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses; I'd be happy to share my favorites with you!

Cannes, a city in the South of France on the French Riviera, is known for its famous festival. Fortunately, it's not just that! La Croisette is the city's emblematic place, along the Mediterranean Sea, and many shops and restaurants will welcome you with pleasure! The city is renowned for its cleanliness, its safety and obviously for its quality of life. The climate, the beaches and the port make it a popular place all year round. Opposite Cannes is Sainte Marguerite Island, ideal for a day by boat. Don't hesitate to embark at the port for a day in Saint Tropez or Monaco. The Cannes hinterland also has some nice surprises in store: The hills sunbathed in winter by the yellow of the mimosas, the perfume factories, including that of Fragonard, in Grasse, the "perched" villages, very touristy, of Gourdon, Saint Paul de Vence and Eze. Finally, the numerous buses will allow you to move throughout the city.

(10 mins walk) - Bakery "de": 5 mins by car. The town offers a splendid fireworks festival in the summer.
- Bus Les Mimosas 7: 2m walk (highly recommended as there are few parking spaces in the city center)
