The apartment is very well located on Boulevard de la Croisette, a 5-minute walk from the BEACH and 20 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. It has a 25m² double terrace with superb sea views that you can enjoy all year round. It has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.

On New Year's Eve, you can admire the fireworks from the terrace, as if they were being set off just for you!
