It is warm, well-equipped, and perfect for a vacation with family or friends. You'll be a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 9-minute drive from the city center!

It is composed of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room with a television and a sofa bed to relax after an intense day!
You will also have two furnished terraces which will be very popular on beautiful sunny days!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You will stay close to all amenities and the center of Cannes is a 9-minute drive away.
Visit the city's must-see attractions, such as: La Croisette (8 minutes on foot), where you'll find beautiful beaches, luxury boutiques and trendy establishments; The Palais des Festivals (7 minutes by car), the Vieux Port and the Quai Saint-Pierre (8 minutes).
Also visit the famous Suquet district (11 minutes by car) and discover: the Castre Museum, the Square Tower, the Church of Notre-Dame de l'Espérance, the Iron Mask Tower and the famous Rue Saint-Antoine.
