Two-room apartment in a bourgeois building, located on the 3rd floor. All shops are nearby, 400m from the Croisette and 80m from Rue d'Antibes.
The apartment consists of:
1 master bedroom with 1 double bed 160cm which can accommodate up to 2 people,
Fully equipped closed kitchen,
A living room with sofa bed opening onto a balcony.
A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Air-conditioned bedroom and living room, Wi-Fi.
3rd and last floor, no elevator.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
I live in Cannes and am available by phone (text, WhatsApp, calls) and can come to you if there are any problems with your stay. I will be in front of the building to hand over the keys, explain everything, and answer your questions.
Check-in is between 3 PM and 8 PM. If check-in is after 8 PM, please contact me to arrange a separate check-in.
I also offer private concierge services upon request, such as shuttle services, housekeeping, or organizing tourist activities. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

# Notes
We offer amenities, bed linen and shower towels are included in the rental price.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
