It's spacious and very practical for any type of stay! If you want to come and enjoy Cannes with family or friends, you'll love it! Everything is so easy to reach on foot. However, if you're coming for a business trip, it will be perfect thanks to its direct proximity to the Palais des Festivals and the train stations and its internet connection.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
This apartment is owned by an American couple but managed by an agency called BnB Renting. This company will welcome you, assist you throughout your stay, and will also be there for your departure! In other words, you can always contact the agency via text, WhatsApp, calls, and face-to-face if necessary!
This company has staff who speak perfect English and French to make your stay as easy as possible.
Check-in is generally from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you would like to check in earlier or later, you will need to confirm with the agency to see if this is possible.
This apartment is located on the famous Rue Meynadier in Cannes, where the old town of Cannes begins (known as the Suquet district). This neighborhood is pedestrianized and very authentic. You can fully experience the French lifestyle by being surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, the market square, the sea, the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, the train station, and much more!
Rue Meynadier is Cannes' popular and historic shopping street. Pedestrianized from end to end, it's home to some of Cannes' best gourmet spots. Just a few meters from the Forville Market, the Alleys of Liberty, and the Old Port, it attracts crowds of onlookers every day.
Less than 10 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- Rue d'Antibes known for its many shops
- Street for its cafes and restaurants
- The Carré d'Or district known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants, snack and souvenir kiosks as well as its artisanal Italian ice creams.
The train and bus station is only a 10-minute walk from the studio.
The "City Palm" shuttle is a free solution for getting around the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes / Croisette).
The apartment is located right next to the Ferrage parking lot in Cannes, where you can easily park during your stay. Prices are displayed on the website based on the number of nights.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
