The apartment is ideally located close to the beach (5 minutes walk), the Palais des Festivals (15-20 minutes walk), the old town and Forville market (10 minutes walk), as well as numerous shops and restaurants.
The accommodation is a 7-minute drive from Cannes train station and a 30-minute drive from Nice airport.
It also offers access to a large swimming pool and outdoor parking. Don't miss out!

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building accessible via an elevator which will open directly into the apartment with a key.
The swimming pool is open during the summer and is not heated.
Parking is free.
A set of sheets is provided per bed, along with one bath towel per person, upon arrival. You can request additional sets of sheets if you wish! We will provide you with a quote for these additional sheets.
Cleaning is done at the end of your stay. However, you will need to take out the trash and do the dishes upon your departure before the keys are handed over.
Check-out is at 10 a.m. Please contact us no later than the day before your departure to confirm the key collection time so that someone can come on site!
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
