Located just 200 meters from the Palais des Festivals, and 300 meters from Cannes train station, you can therefore enjoy all amenities on foot.

This apartment is ideally located in downtown Cannes. It's a 57 m² duplex with 2 bedrooms!
This is composed of:

On the floor of the apartment you have:
- a bedroom with wardrobe, double bed 160x200 CM
- a shower room with shower and WC

This apartment has Wi-Fi.
Guests have access to the entire apartment (except for a closed closet for personal belongings in the bedroom).
I live in Cannes and am available by phone (text, WhatsApp, calls). I am happy to come by in case of any problems to ensure the quality of your stay, explain everything and answer your questions.
Check-in is between 3 PM and 8 PM. If check-in is after 8 PM, please contact me to arrange a self-check-in time.

You are only a 3-minute walk from La Croisette beach.
Cannes train and bus station is approximately a 4-minute walk from the accommodation.
By car, the journey from Nice airport is approximately 20/30 minutes depending on traffic.
If you don't have a car, you can either take a taxi from the airport or a bus that will drop you off at Cannes train station (a 4-minute walk from the accommodation).
We offer luxury amenities, with bed linens and towels included in the rental price. Toiletries (soap) are also included per person.
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building without an elevator.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
