- Fully equipped open kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, citrus press, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, capsule coffee machine, etc.)
- Bedroom with a 160X200cm bed and a spacious wardrobe (with hanger and shelf) with access to the terrace thanks to its bay window. The bedroom also has an air conditioning unit.
- A bathroom with shower, sink and mirror
- Separate toilets
- Spacious outdoor area (14m2) where you can enjoy a family dinner, overlooking the residence's courtyard.
The apartment also has an underground parking space (closed and secure box).
You will have access to the entire apartment.

The swimming pool is open from May to September each year.
May and September: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
June, July and August: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Housekeeping is included in the reservation. However, upon departure, guests are required to wash their dishes and take out the trash.
Parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
