The Montrose Basse Californie district is close to everything
Less than 15 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- Rue d'Antibes, known for its many boutiques
- The street for its cafes and restaurants
- The Golden Square district known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants as well as its artisanal Italian ice cream parlors.
- 20 minutes from the old port, its restaurants and boat departures to the islands and the golf course of St Tropez!
Bus and SNCF station 10 min walk.
Nice Airport approximately 40 min by taxi
The "City Palm" shuttle is a free solution for getting around the beaches of Cannes.
Tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online at the time of booking. (Tourist tax amount: €4 per person per day)
A €500 deposit will be required for any reservation made via the Swikly app.
Taking out holiday liability insurance covering your stay is mandatory. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant being held liable in the event of a claim and cannot under any circumstances be the fault of the property manager.
Sheets and towels are included.
An internet box offering Wi-Fi is located in the apartment.
Travel cot or high chair available on request for an additional charge of €25 per item per stay to be paid on site (without bed linen)
We can offer you an additional linen kit during your stay for an additional charge of €30 per bed.
Any arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be subject to an additional charge of €50 (please note that we do not hand over keys after 11:00 p.m.)
Departures are at 10:00 a.m.
Exit cleaning is included in your reservation, but we ask you to do the dishes before your departure and you must have put all your waste in the bin reserved for this purpose in the residence, failure to comply with this procedure will result in an additional cleaning charge of €20 per bin and dishes which would not have been covered by the tenant.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our team discovers even the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a minimum of €300 from your security deposit.
POOL REGULATIONS
We remind you of the points of the
swimming pool regulations which must be strictly observed.
USE :
The use of the private swimming pool is strictly reserved for co-owners and tenants of the
Residence.
OPENING PERIOD FOR SWIMMING:
Beginning of May to end of September of each year, adaptable according to weather conditions.
RESPONSIBILITY :
Users are informed that the pool is not under the supervision of a person.

liability in the event of an accident occurring due to an infringement of these regulations.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by adults and placed under their supervision
within the pool area.
Swimming pools can pose a serious danger to your children. Drowning can happen very quickly.

if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or an adult is mandatory when the pool is
open.
DISCIPLINE AND HYGIENE:
Shoes must be removed and placed on the floor upon entry,
Showering is mandatory at the entrance to the pool and before each swim,
Large towels are required to completely cover the deckchairs to avoid oil stains.
