Upstairs apartment in the center of Cannes with a beautiful furnished terrace overlooking the city. This approximately 70m² apartment is ideal for your family and business trips. With its double bedroom, children's bedroom area with single bed, and living room with double sofa bed, this apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults.

Benefiting from a strategic location just a stone's throw from Cannes city center on Rue Mimont, you will have the luxury of being able to get everywhere on foot!
This apartment is perfectly designed and can accommodate up to 5 people.
A beautiful living room opening onto a large sunny terrace.
The living room consists of a table, a large sofa bed and a flat screen television.
The separate kitchen area has everything you need, including an espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, all the household appliances (including a washing machine), knives, forks, bowls and mugs, and many other surprises.

We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9:00 to 19:00 and by message on the platform until 21:00
The keys will be handed over in person during the agency's opening hours from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as smoothly as possible and I can even give you addresses and the best deals of the moment!
Outside of agency opening hours you will need to contact us to follow our instructions. Please note that late arrivals will be charged.

Other remarks
Any arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be subject to an additional charge of €50 (please note that we do not hand over keys after 11:00 p.m.)
Check-outs will be at 10:00 AM. However, we can arrange a check-out between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM depending on our availability. (Please note that we do not accept key collections before 9:30 AM.)
Late check-outs between 11:00 and 12:00 will be charged €20.
Tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online at the time of booking. (Tourist tax amount: €4 per person per day)
A €500 deposit will be required for any reservation made via the Swikly app.
Taking out holiday liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant being held liable in the event of a claim and cannot under any circumstances be the fault of the property manager.
The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you agree that a supplement of €30 will be taken from your deposit or paid on site.
Please take out your rubbish before your final departure from the accommodation, otherwise you will accept that a supplement of €30 will be taken from your deposit or paid on site.
The accommodation is non-smoking, any violation of this rule will be charged €200 to cover cleaning and deodorization costs.
A set of sheets and bath towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one set per bed per stay. If you would like an additional set or a renewal, please notify us 24 hours in advance; the additional set will be charged from €40.
Travel cot or high chair available on request for an additional charge of €25 per item per stay to be paid on site (without bed linen)
We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival. The products at your disposal are welcome products; they are there to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption.

The cleaning fee corresponds to the return of the accommodation to its original condition after your departure at the end of your stay. If you would like additional cleaning, please contact us in advance. We will charge extra for this cleaning.
In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the people mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of €100 per additional traveler per day.
The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out with due care and without disturbing the neighborhood.
