Beautiful 44 m² apartment located in the residential area of Cannes, close to all amenities. Well-located in the Montfleury district of Cannes, you will be close to the beach, shops, supermarkets, Palais des Festivals, train station, bus stops, and more.
This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for both personal and business stays thanks to its great amenities.

This apartment is located in a quiet residence on the second level of a building with an elevator. It is composed as follows:
- separate kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, 2 burners, 2 gas stoves, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine (Nespresso), filter coffee machine, kettle.
- bathroom with bathtub, bidet, sink, toilet
- living room with a small convertible sofa (120x200cm), table for 4 people, TV, AC
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm each), storage, hangers, air conditioning
- 4 m2 balcony with a lovely view of a quiet garden and its outdoor table
This apartment has air conditioning and wifi.
Guests can contact our agency a few days before arrival to confirm their arrival time. Since someone will be there to greet you, a specific arrival time would be very helpful. If necessary, an alternative check-in option can be offered. Please contact the agency for details on how to collect the keys.
Bed linen is provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed) as well as one towel per person.
Beach towels are not included.
A kitchen towel is offered, a roll of toilet paper and also a sample of soap.
This apartment is located in the famous Montfleury district of Cannes where you can enjoy the calm of the residential area while being close to all amenities. It is located 1.5 km from the Palais des Festivals (21 min walk from the Internet).
It is also 1.1 km from the train station (15 min walk), and 550 meters from the Casino supermarket (8 min walk). You will see a bakery, a beauty salon, a pharmacy, a wine cellar, etc.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please confirm if you can arrive earlier or later.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Please take out the trash and wash the dishes before your departure. The rest will be taken care of by the cleaning staff.
The apartment does not have a parking space. You can park on the street subject to availability.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
