- convertible sofa in the living room area that can accommodate one adult or two children (130x200 cm)
- the living room has air conditioning, internet (fiber), TV
- bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), storage with hangers, chest of drawers, air conditioning
- separate toilets
- a bathroom with bathtub, sink, hairdryer and towel dryer.
- 10m2 balcony with a table, an outdoor sofa
- The apartment has a designated parking space in the building.
Guests have access to the BNB Renting agency. Please contact us at least 2 days before your arrival to confirm your check-in time.
The apartment is ideally located in the Montfleury district of Cannes, close to all amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, wine cellar, beauty salon, DIY store, hairdresser, printer, laundromat, etc.
The Palais des Festivals is located 20 minutes (on foot) from the apartment and 12 minutes from the train station (also on foot), 5 minutes on foot from Rue d'Antibes, 10 minutes from the beaches.
It is a family-friendly and peaceful area of Cannes while being in the center of everything!
Bed linen is included in the reservation: you will be provided with a set of bed linen upon arrival. Please request additional linen for the sofa if needed. One towel will also be provided per person upon arrival.
If you require new sheets and/or towels during your stay, please contact the agency for a quote for the additional service.
Housekeeping is included in your reservation. Please wash your dishes before your departure and dispose of your waste in the building's local bin.
Parties are prohibited / Smoking is prohibited / Pets are prohibited.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
