This spacious two-bedroom apartment is located in the secure and luxurious residence Le Francia, situated on a hill just above Cannes, offering breathtaking views of the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel hills.
This apartment is composed of:
- A spacious and bright living room with a comfortable terrace where you can enjoy a good meal
- a dining table area between the living room and the kitchen
- Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, recycling method.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140X200CM) with hangers and storage space (a fan is available)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90X200CM) with storage space above the beds
- Bathroom 1: shower, toilet
- Bathroom 2: bathtub, hairdryer
The building has a tennis court that you are free to use if you wish. To reserve a court, you will need to go to reception and check its availability.
Here you also have access to two swimming pools! The is located right under the apartment and is reserved for your building. However, the second pool is an infinity pool with stunning sea views as shown in the photos. Right next to this pool, you have a restaurant and a bar, where you are more than welcome to go.
(Restaurant and bar open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.).
There is also a small supermarket in the residence so you can enjoy it throughout your stay.
A laundry room is also available (additional charge).
This apartment has a private outdoor parking space.
You will have access to the entire apartment.

This apartment has a convertible air conditioner in the living room but not in the bedrooms. However, you'll easily stay cool if you keep the doors open!
Access to the apartment has stairs, so it may be difficult if you have difficulty walking.
To access the pool, pool wristbands will be required for safety reasons. If you lose one, a €50 charge will be deducted from your deposit.
Upon arrival, you will have 4 wristbands.
The restaurant is open from April to October.

There is a mandatory traffic flow and sanitization before and after using the chairs and deckchairs. These are subject to a fee: €5 in the morning, €6 in the afternoon, and €8 for the day.
- Van Gogh's proprietary pool is open only to owners and tenants here. A great asset.
- Since July 1st, the supermarket is open every day from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Van Gogh Condominium Rules of Life
Document to be signed by each tenant
1. A deposit of €250 will be requested from seasonal tenants upon arrival and may not be returned for non-compliance with one or more of these rules during their stay by you or the zoo copain, often the responsibility. In the event of proven abuses, this sum will be debited from the owner's account by the Syndic, the owner then retaining the deposit.
2. Traffic lanes and parking lots: A) Parking is prohibited under the entrance porch. B) In the reception courtyard, it is only authorized for 15 minutes. C) Traffic and maneuvers in parking areas are not regulated by the highway code. D) As such, speed and direction of traffic are regulated by existing signs which must be respected. In parking lots, it is prohibited to leave an engine running when stopped. F) Any incident or damage will give rise to a reimbursement of repair costs. G) A vehicle may only occupy one parking space.
3. Access: A) Access is only permitted to occupants, personnel involved in the residence's activities, the Syndic, and registered and listed companies. B) Codes must not be disclosed under any circumstances.
4. Apartments: A) They are designed for a specific number of people. B) Insurance companies require, for safety reasons, that this number be respected. C) It is forbidden to hang laundry from the windows or on the balcony railings, especially beach towels: use the bars fixed to the loggia walls which are provided for this purpose. D) We thank you for reporting any leaks, breakdowns or damage that you notice in your apartment. E) Any gas-powered appliance is strictly prohibited.
5. Children: They should not be left unattended.
6. Animals: A) Only dogs and cats are allowed in the residence. B) It is imperative to keep them on a leash, even on the garden level, in order to ensure the safety and peace of the neighbors. C) You must pick up their droppings and ensure that they respect the peace and quiet of the residence. D) You must not leave your dogs alone in the apartments, because in your absence, they bark and disturb the neighborhood.
7. Hygiene and sanitation: a) We thank you for using the garbage containers made available to you and for respecting selective sorting. B) Their location is indicated on the plan provided to you and on the one displayed at reception. C) It is forbidden to store garbage bags or rubbish on the landings, even temporarily, in order to avoid the proliferation of rodents or harmful insects, odors, and also for aesthetic reasons. D) The common areas (corridors, stairs, elevators, parking, etc.) must be kept clean. E) All paper, packaging, cigarette butts must be thrown in the bins and ashtrays provided for this purpose.
8. Respect for others: A) It is forbidden to spit or urinate in the common areas. B) Religious events are strictly forbidden both on the terraces and in the common areas. C) Any activity producing odor or smoke is prohibited. D) Ball games are prohibited outside the play area reserved for this purpose. D) Any noise or disturbance, of any nature whatsoever, disturbing the peace of the occupants, is strictly forbidden, even if it takes place inside the apartments. E) It is forbidden to consume drugs in the entire residence. F) It is forbidden to consume alcohol in the common areas. G) Occupants must take care to limit noise emanating from the apartments (TV, music) particularly on the terraces and balconies, untimely movement of real estate. I) Prolonged gatherings in the common areas at late hours are prohibited. J) We ask you to respect the rules of life in your residence for your comfort and that of your neighbors.
9. Works: works causing noise are prohibited during the months of July and August.
10. Responsibility: A) You are responsible for the people accompanying you and their behavior. B) You are also responsible for your guests and tenants. C) Any disturbance likely to harm security or peace must be reported to the Security staff at this number ……………………..
11. Deposit of any kind: A) None of the co-owners, workers or occupants of the building, may clutter the entrances, vestibules, passageways, landings, stairs, courtyards and other common areas, nor leave anything in its common areas. B) The passageways may not, under any circumstances, be used as garages for bicycles, motorcycles, bicycles or baby carriages. C) It is strictly forbidden to deposit rubble and bulky items in the car parks; they must be taken to the recycling center, or removed by ALLO MAIRIE, at your request.
