Located on the 2nd floor of a three-story residence with an elevator, this bright apartment features large floor-to-ceiling windows and two lovely terraces.
The terrace (15 m²) faces due south and offers a magnificent sea view—perfect for al fresco dining, evening drinks, or simply relaxing while taking in the surroundings. The second terrace (10 m²) faces north and overlooks the hills of Cannes; it is set up as a laundry and storage area, equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack, and a cabinet for cleaning supplies.
Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment includes:
- A spacious, south-facing living area with a dining space and a lounge corner featuring a sofa and a television.
- A kitchen with a dining area, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all the essentials for daily cooking.
- A south-facing bedroom with two single beds pushed together (forming a 180 × 190 cm sleeping area) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and a toilet.
- A north-facing bedroom with two single beds (90 × 190 cm each) and its own private shower room.
