It is ideally located in a luxury residence less than 5min walk to Croisette and less than 10min walk to Carlton hotel on the Croisette. It is composed of a large living room, a fully equipped american kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest toilet, a huge terrace with swimming pool, and an outside kitchen. You will love it!

- The bad weather can get up very quickly in our region, so please make sure to close the blinds and sun shades when you leave the apartment, when you are there if it is windy, and in the evening before you go to bed.
- Please do not throw objects or sanitary products in the toilets.
- Please do not leave keys in the lock on the inside of the apartment as it will not be possible to open the door from the outside.
- Please be careful with the keys of the apartment. In case of loss we will have to change the lock.
