HOUSING
The beautiful living room with its large bay windows provides access to the garden.
This room is divided into several spaces:
- A comfortable living room
- An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)
- A dining area designed for 6
The 75m2 garden will offer you a large family table for 8 people, deckchairs and private access just 2 minutes from Mourré Rouge beach!
The bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm), a large closet and access to the terrace.
The second is equipped with two double beds on the mezzanine and also has access to the terrace.
The large shower room is designed for people with reduced mobility, you will find a large shower there
Italian style (WC included).
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a few steps down your street, Impasse Ordan, you can, in less than four and a half minutes, choose:
- Head to Mouré Rouge beach to dip your toes in the water or sit on the terrace to sip a cocktail
- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in our lovely shops - (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.)
- Stroll along the Croisette to take a ride on the Carousel or a remote-controlled boat race
- Change the atmosphere and sunbathe on a bench in the Garden of the Hesperides
And in less than ten minutes by car:
- Join the Palais des Congrès
- Take the train to discover the French Riviera
- Use your imagination by exploring the city center
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is free on the surrounding streets.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.)

Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
