This three-room apartment in the heart of Palm Beach will offer everything any family needs:
- Contemporary and refined decoration to make you feel at home.
- A beautiful living room with a large bay window giving access to the garden, with sofa, coffee table, flat screen television and dining table for six people.
- A kitchen open to the living room with everything you need, but also all the household appliances worthy of a fully equipped kitchen and all the family crockery!
- A 130m² private landscaped garden where you can relax as you wish, on deckchairs or comfortable sofas. A view of the swimming pool is a bonus.
- A bedroom with two 90cm single beds, which can be joined to create a double bed, as well as a large closet opening onto the garden.

Access to the property is a 30-minute walk from the train station, 20 minutes by bus or by private driver, which we can take care of for you via our concierge service.

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
