Welcome to this beautiful, modern, and functional 2-bedroom apartment. This vintage, bright apartment offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Located on Rue Pasteur, it's close to the beaches, La Croisette, and the Palais des Festivals.

HOUSING
This apartment will offer you a beautiful living room with the following spaces:

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (dishwasher included).
Both bedrooms have a large double bed that can be divided into two 80cm single beds.

Ideally located in the heart of Cannes, it will only take you a few minutes to:
- Go to the beaches (1 minute)
- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes (2 minutes)
- Join the Palais des Festivals (7 minutes)
- Access the station (8 minutes)
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Paid parking on the surrounding streets
Private paid parking at Cannes train station, possibility of subscribing for the week to leave your vehicle there (contact us).
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.)
Daily essentials upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
