Imagine an apartment in one of the best locations in the city, a two-minute walk from trendy bars and restaurants and five minutes from the beaches and the palace... These 65 square meters promise you a comfortable stay, careful decoration as well as a hidden terrace in the heart of the city!

HOUSING
The large living room welcomes you with a very comfortable lounge and opens directly onto a quiet rear terrace, ideal for aperitifs with family or friends.
The American kitchen is independent and fully equipped (dishwasher included).
The carefully decorated dining room seats 4 people.
The bedroom has a king size bed (180cm) and access to a small balcony overlooking the street.
The second offers queen-size bedding (160cm) and some storage.
The large shower room and separate toilet complete the space.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a few steps down your street, rue Chabaud, you can, in less than a few minutes, choose:
- Shopping on Rue d'Antibes (1 min)
- Enjoy pastries, cocktails or beautiful plates in the street restaurants (1 min)

Parking is paid on the surrounding streets.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
