ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access the apartment easily in 5 minutes on foot from the train station.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côtes d'Azur Airport.
There are also plenty of parking lots in the area, all within a 5-minute walk of the property. We recommend the Commandant Lamy car park, where you can sign up for a weekly pass, which we can of course arrange for you through our concierge service.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a few steps down your street, rue Jean Jaures, you can, in less than a few minutes, choose:
- Stroll along the Croisette between palaces and fine sandy beaches. (5 min)
- Go to the steps of the Palais des Congrès. (5 min)
- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes.
- Visit the old town and the Suquet district.

Free parking on the street right next to the accommodation, with shared parking in the residence.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
