Apartment 1 bedroom Cannes

You will love this comfortable, renovated, bright, pretty 2-room apartment with a terrace, in a quiet residence with a swimming pool, just a few seconds' walk from the shops and a few minutes from the beaches.
Inside the apartment you will find:

- A semi-open fitted kitchen with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) but also all the household appliances, all the crockery... In short, everything.
- A bedroom with king size bed and storage.
- A walk-in closet in the hallway so you can bring along even the things you're not sure you'll wear. (Yes, we know).
- A shower room with the added bonus of very pretty tiling.
- Separate toilets in the entrance, but they are very comfortable.

PLEASE NOTE: Parties and evenings are not permitted, pets are not allowed except for very small animals and upon request, and smokers are asked to reserve their cigarette breaks for the outside areas ONLY.
COAST GEOGRAPHY
After a few steps on your avenue, Avenue du Maréchal Juin, you can, in less than a few minutes on foot (provided you do not show bad faith by walking on your hands):
- Go eat a pastry at one of the most famous pastry shops in town (Brito, across the street!)
- Go for a stroll to Palm Beach to eat a pizza at Jean-Jean or play a game of pétanque at Place de l’Etang (8 minutes)
- Go out for a stroll on the Croisette to take a ride on the Carrousel or a remote-controlled boat race. (10 minutes)
- Choose to empty your bank account by shopping on rue d'Antibes (15 minutes)
- Run to take your fateful - but inevitable - selfie on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go to work there) (20/25 minutes on foot, less than 10 minutes by car.)
- Show your imagination by walking around the city center but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side (all durations combined)
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES INFORMATION

Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
