Set down your suitcases in a charming 3-room apartment with a terrace opposite one of the city's most famous hotels, a stone's throw from the Croisette, in a lively and vibrant location, perfect for exploring the city with friends!

HOUSING
The apartment benefits from a neat and cozy decoration, so that you feel at home.
The very spacious living room is divided into three spaces:
- The living room, very comfortable, with a sofa and a flat screen
- The open and fully equipped kitchen (oven and microwave included)
- The dining area, designed for 4 people
It opens onto a small terrace (with garden furniture) facing east opposite the Martinez steps, offering you a beautiful side sea view.
Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160cm) and built-in wardrobes. The larger bedroom has a flat-screen TV (TNT channels only).
A bathroom with a large shower and toilet completes the space.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located above a restaurant/bar, so evenings can be noisy, especially on weekends, and noise can be heard until around 2am.
THE SURROUNDINGS
After a few steps on your street, rue Latourg-Maubourg, you will be able to:
- Stroll quietly along the Croisette
- Join the Palais des Festivals (10 minutes)
- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes (4 minutes)
- Head downtown and onto the street for a lively breakfast or dinner (10 minutes). We recommend Le Cirque or La Cantina for their sweet cuisine, Le Café for their exceptional cocktails and lively Saturday nights, San Telmo for their authentic Italian pizzas, and Le Volupté for a tea and pastry menu to die for!

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
