You'll love dropping off your suitcases in this 80m² apartment and exploring the city while staying on one of the city's most famous and lively streets, while being just a stone's throw from La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, bars, and restaurants. Don't deny yourself anything.

HOUSING
A large living room with:
- A lounge area with sofa, coffee table and armchair.
- A dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a large open kitchen with everything you need. (NOTE: no oven!)
Two en-suite bedrooms arranged as follows:
A with king size bed, small TV, large cupboards/dressing rooms and large windows with en-suite shower room and WC.
A second, smaller one, with cupboards/dressing room with king size bed all the same, and en-suite shower room.
- Separate toilet in the entrance.
- And two small balconies in the living room allowing you to lean back and enjoy the warm and lively atmosphere of rue d'Antibes.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property in 5 minutes on foot from Cannes train station.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côtes d'Azur Airport.

THE SURROUNDINGS
Once you leave your beautiful building located on rue Teissière, you can in less than a few minutes:
Stroll along the Croisette to take a ride on the Carrousel or a remote-controlled boat race.
Shopping on Rue d'Antibes.
Go to the steps of the Palais des Congrès.
Take the train to discover other wonders of the region.
Visit the old town in the Suquet district.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Bus stops at the foot of the building.
Cannes train station 4 minutes walk.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Paid parking on the street right next to the accommodation, with parking less than a 1-minute walk away.

Daily essentials upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
