This 45m² 2-room apartment in the heart of Palm Beach in Cannes has everything you need for a successful stay. Easy check-in, a beautiful pool in this modern residence, and the beaches are just 200 meters away.

- An open, equipped kitchen with everything you need, with a dining area for 4 people.
A terrace with dining table for 4 people, facing south/southeast.
A bedroom with a queen size bed, a desk and a closet/dressing room.
A shower room and its sink.
Separate toilets.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is a 15-minute bus ride from Cannes train station, an 8-minute drive, and a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

THE SURROUNDINGS
After a few steps down your street, rue Ricord Laty, you can, in less than four minutes, choose:
- Head to Mouré Rouge beach to dip your toes in the water or sit on a restaurant terrace.
- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in our lovely shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, etc.)
- Stroll along the Croisette to take a ride on the Carrousel or a remote-controlled boat race
And in less than ten minutes by car:
- Go to the legendary Palais des Festivals.
- Take the train to discover the other jewels of the region such as Antibes, Nice, Monaco.
- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free parking on the street right next to the accommodation, with the Mouré Rouge car park less than a 3-minute walk away.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
