You can also take advantage of a large shared parking lot, and easily access the city center on foot.

HOUSING
The bright and colorful living room is carefully decorated. Its lounge area features a smart TV. This room opens onto a terrace offering a dining area for four people and breathtaking views of the sea and the residence's swimming pool.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher included).
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), a flat screen TV and storage.
The second has a very comfortable sofa bed, a TV and direct access to the terrace.
A bathroom and a shower room (with integrated WC) complete the space.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a few seconds by car (or bike), you will reach Avenue Maréchal Juin, a central axis which will allow you, in less than five minutes:
- Go for a walk in the city center, going down the famous rue d'Antibes
- To reach the equally famous beaches of the Croisette
- To go to Port Canto
- Sip a cocktail at Bijou Plage
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is free on the surrounding streets.

Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
