HOUSING
Upon your arrival, the living room, combining modernity and Mediterranean colors, welcomes you with all the necessary equipment:

This room gives access to a large terrace, equipped with an outdoor living room as well as sun loungers, to offer you moments of relaxation facing the sea.
The bedroom offers a queen-size bed (180 cm), a large built-in dressing room and an office space, very useful during business trips.
The second, with king size bedding (180 cm) also offers you storage.
The last bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds.
These three rooms give you access to the apartment's terrace.
Two bathrooms complete the space:
- A bathroom (bath, shower and toilet)
- An additional shower room (integrated WC)

THE SURROUNDINGS
Ideally located, this apartment offers access to the port and Mouré Rouge beach in just two minutes on foot. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque or a simple stroll to the pond square, just a 7-minute walk away.
After a few steps down your street, you can, in less than 5 minutes on foot:
- Join the Croisette
- Go to Palm Beach to enjoy a beautiful view of the Croisette or access all the amenities (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.)
- Choose from many (and very good) addresses for your dinners (Duplex, Mouré Rouge, L'écrin, La petite maison, Le Tamaris, etc.)
And in less than 7 minutes by car:
- Join the Palais des Festivals
- Go to the train station to discover the French Riviera by train
- Climb to Le Suquet to discover the historic district of Cannes, the artists' Suquet or even the city's old fort
- Access the city center and Rue d'Antibes for shopping
And if you want to get around without a car, a shuttle bus is available a 5-minute walk away, taking you to the Palais des Festivals in fifteen minutes or to the city center in 10 minutes.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
